Light Therapy
Dr David C Therapy’s medical professionals administer light therapy, also known as phototherapy, as a safe, noninvasive, and holistic effective treatment option for people suffering from common skin conditions.
Our specialized nature allows for a flexible and highly supportive experience for patients with psoriasis, vitiligo, eczema and other autoimmune skin disorders.
Through light therapy, we have improved the quality of life for thousands of people. If you’ve tried other treatments, or if you’re just ready to reduce frustrating symptoms and increase skin-confidence, we’re here to help.
More About Light Therapy
Our advanced equipment delivers precise Narrowband UVB (NBUVB) light in the 660-850 nm range, identified as the optimal wavelength for treating autoimmune skin conditions. One could spend an hour in the sun and still not receive the therapeutic rays that in-office light therapy delivers in one quick and non-UVA treatment (UVA is the aspect of sunlight most damaging to skin).
We believe that in-clinic light therapy, supervised and delivered by licensed medical professionals in a clinical setting, is the safest, most effective form of light therapy. Therefore, we do not sell or prescribe self-administered home light therapy devices.
Narrowband UVB treatment for psoriasis, vitiligo, and other chronic skin conditions has helped to improve the quality of life for many of our patients. So if you’ve been searching online for “narrowband UVB phototherapy near me,” take the time now to call our office for a consultation and find out if phototherapy is a good option for you.

Our Skin & Healthy Confidence Plan
Step 1: Consultation
Treatment begins with an examination and consultation to learn each patient’s history and unique needs. We then develop a customized treatment plan focused on fast, safe results.
Step 2: Treatment
Light therapy is administered in-office two to three times per week. Patients are routinely monitored and evaluated to track progress.
Step 3: Maintenance
Once patients have reached an optimal level of improvement, treatments are reduced or stopped. If symptoms return, light therapy can be safely restarted.
